Dr. Amy's Shower

Today was Dr. Amy's "50s Housewife" bridal shower. Her sister Ivy and friends Jenn and Jane hosted. The theme was so much fun! I found my inner housewife and stitched some dish towels for the blushing bride. Ivy had a special Barbie cake and cupcakes made that were pink lemonade flavored - delicious!

We all met out for dinner at The Keg downtown later on. It was a nice, relaxed dinner with all the bridesmaids and some of the moms (Amy's, Jenn's, Meredith's). Everyone headed over to Lannie's Clock Tower Cabaret after dinner, and I am super bummed I had to leave early. But we're headed out to Kansas bright and early tomorrow. I promised to dance my a*s off at the wedding as punishment. Can't wait for January and the big celebration in Mexico!
